Refund and Returns Policy

We want Bikeabout Inc. gear to arrive as expected. This policy applies to purchases made through bikeaboutinc.site and supplements any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

Return window

Unused products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be clean, unaltered, and in original condition with included accessories and packaging. Quilts and other insulated products must be unused and returned uncompressed.

Start a return

Email contact@bikeaboutinc.site before sending an item. Include the order number, item, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return destination. Unauthorized returns may be delayed.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Use a trackable service and retain the receipt. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return results from our error or the law requires a refund.

Non-returnable items

• Used, soiled, altered, or damaged items not caused by a defect.
• Gift cards and downloadable products.
• Personalized or custom-made items, except where defective, incorrect, or otherwise returnable by law.
• Items identified as final sale before purchase, except where mandatory rights apply.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly after delivery with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where possible. Do not use safety-related equipment that may be defective. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy.

Refund processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary. Deductions for diminished value may apply only where permitted by law and where handling exceeded what was reasonably necessary to inspect the item.

Exchanges and cancellations

For an exchange, contact us before returning the original item. Order-cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment begins. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order within the promised time, we will provide any notice, cancellation, and refund rights required by law.
